Kobako ou petite boîte à encens en forme d’éventail japonais. Décor de branches de cerisiers en fleurs en laque d’or (hiramaki-e). Incrustations de nacre et de métal (shibuichi). Intérieur en laque d’or (nashiji). Longueur : 6,5 cm. Japon – Époque Edo ( 1603 – 1868 ) – XVIIIe siècle
Kobako – small fan – shaped lacquer box. Cherry tree with gold lacquer (hiramaki-e). Mother of pearl and shibuichi inlaid. Inside and under the base, a gold lacquer ground (nashiji). Lenght : 2.5 Inches. Japan – Edo Period – 18th century
